Less Acidic

Did this as a cold brew; used 3 oz of coffee and 24 oz of cold filtered water for 24 hours. Warmed some up to compare with a fresh pot of your medium roast; both were good! This coffee and preparation method gave a less acidic cup that was very enjoyable warm. I will try it cold tomorrow.

Iced Coffee is great!

I typically just get the chocolate macadamia nut coffee and make cold brew coffee, so when I saw this I thought I would give it a try. So glad I did, it is delicious! I did have to look up the different between iced coffee (made hot and then served over ice) and cold brew coffee (made with cold water that sits for 8-12 hours that produces a concentrate that you drink at 1 part concentration to 3 parts water). I will be making this a staple Club member purchase going forward.
