Wonderfully Fresh taste

I really enjoyed this coffee as a pour over. It has a somewhat fruity front with some sweetness then a touch of richness like chocolate. The roast was wonderful. Not too dark. It did not have a bitter taste at all to me. I especially enjoyed it using the Hoop pour over unit. It really helped bring out different layers. Definitely worth trying and buying again.
